Booking
A signed Contract and deposit are required when booking an event. Dates and times are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. When booking an event for a Holiday, we recommend that our customer’s call at least a month in advance to secure their desired time and date.
Payments
In general, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due when booking an event. If a customer chooses to pay their balance the day of the event, only cash will be accepted! Receipts are available from the entertainer upon request.
Cancellation
If a customer cancels at least 24 hours prior to event, their deposit may be used towards any event they have within 1 year from the original event. This Policy is in effect with weather related cancellations as well.
Travel
Any event address that is more then twenty-five miles from our location (2307 North Point Blvd, Baltimore MD 21222) will be subjected to a traveling fee of $1 a mile. Event location will be mapped on map quest.
Characters
Our characters are not licensed. Five Star Entertainment, Inc does not intend to violate any copyright laws. Any resemblance to well-known characters is incidental.

Balloon Décor
Five Star Entertainment, Inc is a proud member of the Qualatex Balloon Network! Our Balloon Professionals will provide our customers with a one-on-one conciliation prior to event to ensure a full understanding of the event host’s envisions (upon request). Balloon Décor can be very time consuming, we ask that the event location be available for the Balloon Professional a minimum of thirty to ninety minutes prior to event. We will do our absolute best to work around your needs!
Performers
All of our performers are sub-contractors to Five Star Entertainment, Inc. They are paid professionals and will strive to provide you with a top-quality performance making your event exciting and memorable!
5 Star Entertainment, Inc reserves the right to make changes to our policy based on circumstance surrounding an event.
